No. In the context of permanent jewelry, “permanent” just means there’s no clasp and your bracelet can’t be taken on and off.

In other words, please take care that it’s still a 14k gold or silver bracelet. It’s not indestructible!

It’s unlikely your piece will fall off on it’s own since we size and ensure a proper fit before we weld. That said, accidents do happen.

We don’t offer refunds, but are happy to do a free repair.
